Forgotten
Font Design |Fall 2021
The serif typeface Forgotten is designed for literature text use, especially for the dictionary “The Lost Words” which collects phases that are abolished from the dictionary and composes poems for each word. The type is basically a revival of the type, Fournier, in that the shape of the typeface maintains the elegance and delicacy of the original, and makes it more modern by using defined shapes.
Since the type is designed for a collection of words that are forgotten by us, I took this part of the idea and named it “Forgotten ” to show the content that is used.
